A. In the case that your package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, but you did not receive your package:
Please check with your neighbors / family members to see if someone took it in for you!
If not, then it is your responsibility to contact your local post office to inquire about the package.
For packages that show as "delivered" but isn't received, please follow the instructions at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and file the proper search request.
I cannot offer replacements without confirmation that the package is, in fact, lost or damaged.
Q: I placed two separate orders! Can I combine my shipping?
A: Yes! Please email me at sentimentaldolliez@gmail.com and let me know as soon as possible. Let me know your order numbers that you would like to combine. I can not combine orders that already shipped out.
