Q: What is FREE Standard Shipping on orders $40 & up?

A: For domestic (US) orders, orders of $40 & up (before taxes/shipping fee) receive free shipping.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: YES, I ship to all the places USPS is able to deliver. Please keep in mind that some areas has a higher rate of packages loss than others. 

*****Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended service to some countries. I'm only ship within USA, CANADA , & UK at the moment. 

Q: Do you offer priority or rush shipping?

A: I DO NOT offer rush shipping at this time. If you need a your order rush, please plan and order a head of time. If you're just not sure, please DM / or email me .

Q. Do you accept commissions?

A. Sorry, I am currently not accepting commissions. ❤

 

Q. My package marked DELIVERED, but there's nothing in my mail box! 

A.  In the case that your package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, but you did not receive your package:

Please check with your neighbors / family members to see if someone took it in for you! 

If not, then it is your responsibility to contact your local post office to inquire about the package. 

For packages that show as "delivered" but isn't received, please follow the instructions at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and file the proper search request. 

I cannot offer replacements without confirmation that the package is, in fact, lost or damaged.

Q: I placed two separate orders! Can I combine my shipping?

A: Yes! Please email me at sentimentaldolliez@gmail.com and let me know as soon as possible. Let me know your order numbers that you would like to combine. I can not combine orders that already shipped out. 

Q. Who's paying for international custom duty fees?

 A. You are responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with receiving your order.
